If a subscription rate changes, we notify you in writing before the new rate takes effect, as set out in the Provider Agreement.
Renewal and cancellation
- Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or annually as you chose, until you cancel.
- You can cancel online anytime from your provider portal.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the monthly or annual period you have paid for.
- Refunds are handled as set out in the Provider Agreement.
Paid plans don't change the order of results. Featured placements are paid advertisements, and they are labeled.
Listing is always free. All prices in US dollars.
