Monthly charges aren’t refunded. Yearly charges aren’t refunded either, except that if you cancel on your renewal date, we refund that renewal charge in full. Your renewal date is the last day to cancel, and we email you 30 days before it. Our Terms of Service list the other cases where we give a refund.
