Passings is an organizational and communication tool — not a legal service. We don’t draft wills, file documents, or give legal advice. What we do is ensure that when your executor, attorney, or family needs information, it’s already organized, accessible, and clear. A simple estate takes attorneys 10–15 billable hours at $200–$400/hr. Disorganized documentation pushes that toward the higher end. An organized Passings plan means your family spends that time on decisions that require a lawyer — not on finding paperwork that should have been findable all along.
